Itinerary
Day 1 · Mingsha Mountain, Crescent Lake and Silk Road Heritage City
Meet your guide at your confirmed Dunhuang hotel. Walk among the dunes around Crescent Lake, then continue to Silk Road Heritage City for its constructed historic settings. Return to your hotel in Dunhuang. Optional desert activities are at your own expense.
Day 2 · Sanwei Mountain by private 4WD
Set out from your Dunhuang hotel in a private 4WD with driver and guide. Allow extended travel into the Sanwei Mountain area, stop at viewpoints accessible on the day, and return to your hotel. The exact track and Buddha viewpoint cannot be guaranteed.
